Review: It only makes sense that one of my favorite Pinot producers would also make a dynamite Chardonnay. There's great fruit here -lemon curd syncs with green apple - and a mineral/acid spine adding ideal balance. Only 56 cases made, from Whistling Ridge Vineyard. - Marcus (Looze, that is) The winemaker describes it as "lemon cream fruit under a woodsy note, and pure mineral in the back." This Chard is sourced from the Whistling Ridge vineyard which is considered to be one of the best white wine sites in the Willamette Valley.
