A wonderful size bottle for gift giving, for taste testing the marvel of nature that is British Columbia Ice Wine.

Classic sweet-tart Icewine, with an exhilarating blast of ripe Bartlett pear as the main theme. The lively, citrus-driven structure cleanses the palate and provides a counterpoint for the decadent sweetness. Vibrant and long on the finish, with a mouth-watering citrus aftertaste.

The naturally frozen grapes for the Vidal Icewine were pressed at an average of -10C thus enhancing the varietal's sweetness and concentrated aromatic flavors. This was followed by fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the wine's intensity.
