Natalie's Estate Elephant Mountain Cabernet 06 - A big, black cherry perfume floats from the glass. Buttery velvet black cherry, plum, and cassis roll across the palate. Fine grained tannins and sweet toasty oak finish one of the best cabs made from Oregon-grown fruit.
