Nuthatch CellarsNuthatch Cellars is a very small winery in Corvallis, Oregon. The winery is named after the Nuthatch, a reddish brown breasted bird common in Oregon's Willamette Valley. John Bacon and Jane Smith own the winery and their first vintage was in 2004. They produce less than 400 cases per year and hand cork and hand label each bottle. They believe that "wine excellence is achieved through meticulous attention from vineyard through bottling - the art of craft winemaking." |
