36% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot.

Exquisitely plush and velvet textured, the O-S Red has fragrant aromas of black fruits, espresso and roses. The rich dark-toned flavors of black plum, coffee and cassis are seamlessly framed with firm but subtle tannins. From the winery: "The '04 OS Red makes a rich, mouthfilling first impression with plush texture, exquisite tannins and remarkable balance. The aromatics feature a delicate floral and earth bouquet with spice and mineral notes. Black cherry and anise flavors form a delicious core with hints of black olive and tarragon.
