Evening Land Purchases French Winery
Robert Parker on Glassware

Evening Land Vineyards purchases French winery Chateau de Bligny in Bligny-les-Beaune. The French facility will act as a European distribution facility for the Oregon based winery.

Dominique LafonEvening Land makes several wines in France that are sold in the US and abroad, sharing space with consulting winemaker Dominique Lafon’s (Domaine des Comtes Lafon) second label facility, Domaine Dominique Lafon. Most of the wines are made in such small amounts that we don’t list them on our website but do have occasional availability in the store. You can call or email us if you’d like to be informed when we get them.

Robert Parker on Glassware

We consider Robert Parker an honorary member of the Oregon wine world.  His brother-in-law, Mike Etzel and nephews Jared, Mikey, and Nathan are all involved in some way with Oregon wine. The Etzel family co-owns Beaux Freres, and uncle Bob has some financial involvement with it.

Here is a video of Robert Parker discussing glassware.
