Owen Roe Ironbird Cabernet Sauvignon 06
This is a big, meaty, masculine wine, dense and chewy, calling out for grilled red meat.
Very limited, only 160 cases made, we have a tiny amt of this Cab, usually sold only at the winery. Made from Southern Oregon fruit, the Ironbird Vineyard produces "everything he could want", according to winemaker David O'Reilly.
