Along with Owen Roe's Ex Umbris Syrah 09, this is our favorite value in Washington Syrah. It's also our favorite PB wine!

The PB Yakima Syrah starts with a smoky, gamey nose with an intensely aromatic floral and berry component. This wine has a juicy complexity of blackberry and raspberry fruit. The layers of rich berry meld with hints of pepper, bittersweet chocolate, and bacon fat. - Marcus

Head to toes, start to finish, something different every minute. It starts with a smoky, gamey nose and an intensely aromatic floral and berry nose. On to the fruit -- Have I just been drinking too much Pinot? This wine has the juicy complexity of the blackberry/raspberry fruit of a big Oregon Pinot! But it's very much a Syrah, don't get me wrong. The layers of rich berry fruit meld with hints of pepper, bittersweet chocolate, and bacon fat. OMG a star is born. And this is the PB label! - Jean
