New Pinot from Patty Green!

The wines from this area of the Yamhill-Carlton Appellation show tremendous darkness of fruit, and what they lack in initial palate elegance they make up for in black fruited intensity. This wine packs in some plum fruited character with peppery spice that is wrapped up in what is now a set of soft yet rustic set of tannins. An interesting and very appealing new wine in our line-up. This a vineyard with which we hope to develop an on-going relationship. 48 cases bottled. - the winery
