Pheasant Valley Pinot noir 03
Peter Rosback of Sineann made this wine from Wyeast Vineyard fruit and it's lovely. Scents of smoke and toast combine with hints of blackberry and raspberry in the nowe, and the flavors follow through with sweet cherry, blackberry, and black currant, and a long lingering finish. Not for cellaring, this is a wine to drink now and enjoy. March 2005 Reserve Pinot noir Club Selection (it's that good). -jy
