Rich, with vibrant acidity, this Barbera works equally well as a sipper and with a variety of meals. We had it with a meaty lasagna. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve the bright, delicious character of Barbera.
Barbera-based wines are usually ruby-red in color,whith purplish highlights when young. His nose is fresh,with soft scents of ripe plum, sensations that are carried through onto the palate.
