$32.36 - Case price (any 12 or more bottles) Price: $35.95 Quantity Pomum Shya Red 05 is the second release of this popular Bordeaux style red and it's considerably bigger than the previous vintage. A year with lots of hot weather and the incorporation of an additional fruit source, Upland Vineyard Cabernet, adds structure and intensity. Dominant are dark fruit and balsamic notes. Varietal composition retains the classic profile that includes Cabernet Sauvignon (59%), Merlot (27%), Cabernet Franc (10%), Malbec (3%), and Petite Verdot (1%). This considerably dark wine shows aromas of dark fruit, olive, cocoa and toast. As in our previous vintage, the mouth feel of the wine is exceptionally long and smooth. This wine can be enjoyed on release if properly decanted and will continue to develop for a few years. Only two hundred and seventy-five cases produced.
