UP AND COMING STAR
Rich, intense flavors with intriguing hebal notes in nose and flavors, a light nose with lots of forest and herbal notes preceeds big flavors of rich, intense blackberry and cherry, currant and raspberry flavors. We could not find the hint of "Nokia" cellphone the winemaker told us we might detect(Chris dropped his into the tank).
Balanced for cellaring, age for 4-8 years. Chris Berg shows the best of his Estate fruit give him an opportunity to make excellent classically styled Pinot noir.
