Review: This Chardonnay is 78% Dijon-clone 76 from the Redman Vineyard blended with 16% Dijon-clone 96 hard press with 6% Dijon clone 96 from the Crawford Beck Vineyard. This crisp, dry wine has fruit flavors of citrus blossom, lime, grapefruit, orange and honeysuckle. Bill and Cathy Redman take great pride in their work.
