Sawtooth Cabernet Sauvignon 01/02
This wine has intense aromas of spices, black berry, and cedar. The mouth feel is accentuated by a concentration of black fruit flavors, velvety tannins, and a long finish. Good value.
The grapes were picked later in the season to obtain maximum flavors, then estemmed into red frementors. They cold soak for 24 hours and yeast is added, then 2-3 weeks of skin contact before being pressed to small oak barrels for 18 months of aging.
