The Rebel Red is a big, burly red with earthy black cherry, blackberry and black currant scent and flavor. A hint of smooth seed spice adds to appeal of the blend. The finish is smooth with just the right amount of burly rebel yell to emphasize the riotous nature of this ready to drink red.

I almost decided to release something just to keep the label going, but I stood my ground and decided that if I release something that doesn’t possess quality, I’m going to lose customers. Therefore, I held my ground and then when I thought I had turned every stone looking for some wine to blend with, I found this. It might not be a traditional Rhone blend, but damn it, it tastes good! And damn it, it’s affordable. Any wine that doesn’t go into Scarborough heads here, then I find wine throughout the state and make myself a very affordable blend. - the winery
