Deep, brooding aromas of violets, rose petals, and spice-shaded dark fruit, with hints of white pepper and blackberry flowers that echo in the finish.

Blueberry, currant, plum and black cherry liqueur accents are supported by exotic barrel spice and hints of blueberry and black plum jams, all of which linger on the powerful finish. The 2006 Wadenswil pairs well with grilled lamb or dry-aged beef.
