Sineann Cabernet Sauvignon Block One 07
Block One of what, you ask? The oldest section of Champoux Vineyard, planted in the early 70's, produces tiny amounts of exquisite Cab for Peter Rosback. A lush style, with considerable structure for mid-term aging. Super-limited.
From Champoux Vineyard 35 year old vines (the same Block as Quilceda Creek's Cabernet). A wine for aging and serious collectors. If you purchased Block One from us last year, you know what to expect. The old vines produce small, very intensely flavored berries that, in the hands of a careful winemaker, result in tremendous depth of flavor and age-ability.

MORE INFORMATION
From the very low yielding 35 year old Block One of the Champoux Vineyard, oldest wine grape planting in the State of Washington. Dark, dense, with exotic spices and huge fruit. So soft and velvety in texture that you want to drink it immediately, but with a tannic backbone that will allow cellaring for 7-10 years. Truely stunning.
