Sineann Gewurztraminer Resonance Vyd 2010

Pale straw in color, spicy perfume of lychee and guava fruit on the nose. Rich and plush on the tongue, with flavors of tropical fruit and lime. This wine has the weight and structure on the palate to be a serious match for intensely flavored, savory cuisine.

Peter Rosback continues to produce some of his best wines from the meticulously farmed Resonance Vineyard in the Carlton/Yamhill AVA. In this effort Sineann pays homage to the Gewurztraminer powerhouses of Europe, Domaine Weinbach and Zind Humbrecht.

This wine will pair with all manner of Asian fusion food including Indian curries or spicy, not hot Thai cuisine (which uses curry, lemon grass, ginger and coconut milk) to smoked seafood to after-dinner cheeseboards. Year in and year out, Resonance Gewurztraminer is the hands down winner of the Sineann Gewurztraminers trio. -ms

Peter's Resonance Vineyard Gewurztraminer is always his most intense Gewurztraminer. It's very intense, with a rich, mouthcoating quality. It's the driest of the three Gewurzs', with a clean, crisp finish. -jy
