Review: This is the first vintage of the Pinot Noir Ice Dance. It has flavors and aromatics of watermelon and strawberries. The sweetness is balanced by the acidity which makes this a rick, silky dessert wine. The alcohol is only 8%, the grapes were sourced from the Resonance, Yates Conwill and Wyeast Vineyards. The winemaker didn't know what to expect but was surprised and delighted with the finished product.
