Sleight of Hand D'Vine Champoux Cabernet Sauvignon 05
Black and dense in the glass, the nose rocks your senses - it's rich, lush, and creamy, full of black frui and berries. The wine has a viscous, sensuous mouthfeel, and flavors are dominated by black cherry, cassis, blackberry, and a deep spice note of licorice and nutmeg. The finish goes on and on, and the tannins are still tight, so cellar this wine for at least a year or decant and aerate for a few hours. -jean
