Serve this rich and complex wine with beef with mushrooms and roasted onions, Moroccan lamb kebabs with couscous, black pepper crusted standing rib roast au jus.
Grapes are from established, 21-year old vines grown on the Wahluke Slope, one of the warmest areas in the state. Vineyards are hand-pruned and grapes are hand-picked for the Reserve bottling. Harvest is less than 3 tons per acre.
