Dave has been making wine out of his garage since 1989, so he has access to some incredible grapes. THis wine is an outstanding value. This tiny 16 year old winery continues to beat the price/performance barrier, with great wines at lower than usual prices.

67% Cab from the old vines of Block 1 & 2 of Champoux Vineyard and 33% Cab Franc. This wine is extremely dark and decadent and shows both the power and finesse of this vineyard.

Total production of this winery is about 800 cases in a good year. Almost entirely snapped up by their loyal local following, we are so pleased to be able to offer a bit of Dave Larsen's well crafted wines here at Avalon.
