As we like to say, this is rose by design and not default; we pressed this specifically with the intention of making a lovely pink wine. Full of fresh floral and bright red fruit aromas, our rose of Pinot Noir is weighty and juicy, perfect for a summer afternoon garden party. Enjoy it with Provencal fare, such as game hens grilled with herbes de Provence and brushed with olive oil and fresh garlic.
