Sweet Cheeks Winery Pinot noir 08
Sweet Cheeks Winery Pinot noir 08 -
Soft and inviting aromas open to a super easy-going, silky, and crowd-pleasing Pinot full of dark cherries. There's a sneaky long finish that leaves you with vanilla and peppercorn as you smack you lips for more.
Sweet Cheeks is situated on the very southern end of the Willamette Valley and as such, escapes a lot of the attention typically saved for North Willamette Valley wineries. Don't let their great value Pinot escape you! - Marcus

Sweet Cheeks Pinot noir 06 was singled out by Robert Parker's Wine Advocate in their 2008 review of Oregon wines as one of their picks for the best under $25 Pinots. Silly name, unknown outside the state, but there's lots of buzz about Sweet Cheeks' wines. Surprisingly silky for a youthful Pinot.
"Full-bodied and rich, with substantial flavor despite its delicacy. With aromas of dark rich cherries and vanilla the most appealing quality of our Pinot Noir may be its soft, velvety texture that gently caresses the palate and leaves a long memorable finish." - the winery
