Syncline knows Syrah! The 2007 McKinley Springs is full of black berry and creamy black cherry, with a big dollop of vanilla mocha. It's not an oak thing--Syncline uses very little new wood. Co-fermented with 2% Viognier, which lifts the flavor and texture perfectly.
