From the winery: This is the 4th vintage of our Red Wine blend and it just may be the best yet! Produced from seven vineyards and four varietals, this is a dark, lush and fruity wine its youth, and one that is certain to develop layers of complexity with each month and year it ages. Drink some now, drink some later! 620 Cases Produced. 35% Syrah, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, 12% Malbec. Vineyards: Willow Crest, Wooded Island, Minnick Hills, Six Prong. Conner Lee, Spofford Station & Stone Valley. Aging: 16 months in French and American oak barrels. Of all the new wineries in Walla Walla, this winery stood out in our recent tastings as exceptional. The winemaker has a rare talent for creating exceptionally well balanced and fully realized wines. |
