The Pines "Big Red" 05
Made by Peter Rosback (Sineann) from fruit from Pines Vineyard in The Dalles. It's a blend of wines made from grapes grown by Lonnie Wright in the Columbia Valley near The Dalles, OR. It's 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, 24% Syrah, 14% Zinfandel and 4% Grenache. The wine has smooth finish thanks to the splash of Grenache. Enjoy with pork, salmon and your favorite Italian dish.Winemaker Peter says: "It's a really huge and delish red blend for everyday and special times."
