"Not a fat wine, but focused and appealing for its juicy blackberry and huckleberry flavors and bright acidity to balance. It all lingers effortlessly on the polished, spicy finish. Drink now through 2013." 605 cases made. HS Lush red and black fruit are focused and round with a beautifully integrated palate. Black licorice and cola notes find their way to the lingering finish. A real winner from Seven Hills Vineyard. Sweet Italian sausage and roasted rosemary potatoes would easily match the weight and spice of this lush Walla Walla Syrah. - Avalon
