Witness Tree Pinot Blanc 2010

Review:

Fresh, smooth citrus with a hint of cream makes this Pinot Blanc a standout. Scents and flavors of pink grapefruit, lemon flower and a clean fresh mineral finish make this one of my favorite Blancs ever.

I'm adding the Witness Tree to my patio 'fridge. Serve it into the fall with peaches and berries, Salad Nicoise, grilled fish and chicken.
