ZanZibar Cellars

ZanZibar Cellars is a small boutique winery based in the North Willamette Valley, making very concentrated red wines at the Owen Roe winery facility. Business partners Ziad Keirouz and Glen Boyd come to winemaking from Science and Engineering, driven to create a unique and highest quality wine product. ZanZibar makes blended red wines from Washington State fruit. Words like "voluptuous", "lush", "full-bodied", "over-the-top rich" are used to describe the wines.

The 2005 wines, Sandra and Casima, received 93 and 91 points, respectively, from Wine Spectator in August 2007.
