Business partners Ziad Keirouz and Glen Boyd come to winemaking from Science and Engineering, driven to create a unique and highest quality wine product. ZanZibar makes blended red wines from Washington State fruit. Words like "voluptuous", "lush", "full-bodied", "over-the-top rich" are used to describe the wines. |
