The 2005 Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich, food-friendly wine with complex cherry, raspberry, leather and oak aromas. This wine has rich cherry and currant flavors with hints of chocolate, fennel, licorice and black tea. Soft mouthfeel, great balance and a nice, long finish make this a very good wine. Variety: 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 3% Cab Franc.
