Adelsheim Tocai 06
Though Tocai is in the Sauvignon family, its wines have more seductive fruit and less grassiness. Also, they are dry, not at all like Tokaj from Hungary. Adelsheim used an extended press cycle to extract more of the lime/kiwi/guava flavors from the skins.
