The flavors are a nice mouthful of peach, mineral, and nectarine, with a lengthy fruit and flinty finish. Sev? is wonderful as an aperitif; it also nicely compliments fruit and cheese, light hors d'oeuvres, and many salads. This vintage will also pair well with delicately seasoned chicken or seafood."

Sev? is wonderful as an aperitif; it also nicely compliments fruit and cheese, light hors d'oeuvres, salads or will pair well with delicately seasoned chicken or seafood. The 2003 blend is comprised of 54% Semillon, 44% dry Chenin Blanc, and 2% Riesling, emphasizing the fruit character of all three varietals with the complexity of Semillon dominating.
