Sweet toast and yeast notes on the nose open to a much ligher and livlier palette. The palette explodes with lemon zest and lychee. Fresh pear and refreshing acidity leave a long lingering and clean finish. This would be lovely with seared scallops in cream sauce or lightly dressed lemon chicken fettuccini.
