Wine Spectator says of the 2000 wine: "Firm, with olive-scented blackberry and black pepper flavors, finishing with a subtle licorice character as it all lingers on the smoky finish. Best from 2005 through 2012. 8,500 cases made. (HS)"
Aromas of cedar and vanilla lead to flavors of deep black cherry, plum, blackberry and spice. This is a concentrated, dense Cabernet with a lingering toasty finish. Powerful and balanced, this Cab has great ageability.
