Cooper Mountain Vineyards is the first winery in the Pacific Northwest to produce all of its wines from 100% certified organic and Biodynamic estate grown grapes. This Pinot noir is medium bodied, with lovely red cherry and spice flavors and a smooth finish. Hints of toasted coffee bean in the nose are most appealing.
