Jean-Louis's origins show through with this sophisticated, creamy yet dry sparkler. Color straw...generous foam and persisting crown. Fine, small bubbles in a continuous stream. Aromas of spice and citrus. Fresh and lively palatal impression. Defined, yet subtle fruit flavors. Good structure and acid/sugar balance. Finish is elegant with good length.
