Erath Vineyards Pinot Gris 08

The Erath Vineyards Pinot gris is a medium-bodied white wine with lively aromas of pear, cantaloupe and lime with an underlying mineral note. On the palate there are rich pear and melon flavors tinged with hints of spice, honey and roasted hazelnuts.

The color is pale straw, crystal clear ..a fresh and clean nose with lemon blossom, vanilla, cling peach and cut flowers, leading into a crisp and interesting middle with hints of fresh ginger, coconut, pineapple maybe? - and then, the zing of lime! Delicious.
