Foris Cave Bear Red
Currently showing deep aromas of raspberry in a frame of spicy oak on the nose, giving way on the palate to coffee, cedar, and chocolate flavors. The tannins are ripe and well integrated into the overall structure of the wine, leading to an exceptionally well balanced wine for drinking now, or for allowing to further develop in the bottle. The raspberry flavors reassert themselves during the long, mouthwatering finish. The small percentage of Merlot added lends a fullness without hiding any of the Cabernet Franc character.
