Subtle nose of mineral, peach, and a touch of anise. Full on the palate without being heavy, echoing the mineral and peach flavors hinted at in the aromas. Subtle acidity frames the flavors throughout the long finish. A very refreshing and versatile Pinot Blanc without the added heaviness of malo-lactic fermentation or oak barrels.

From the winery: "This Pinot blanc was made from very ripe fruit and shows huge fruit flavors and rich texture. Lemon-lime aromas greet you as you first approach the glass. The palate displays great harmony between flavors of apples, pears and melon and the wines acidity. This is a powerfully built wine with solid structure, balance and age-ability."
