This is classic Cabernet. Dark red in color, it has aromatics of dark berries and cassis. The elegant structure is followed by a long finish.
Red fruit - mostly crushed raspberry and wild mountain strawberry - subtle smoke, and white flowers. The WV 09 melds forward fruit with a bright and lively character.
Aromas of rose petals and raspberry blossoms followed by flavors of raspberry bramble and spice. The mid-palate is elegant with notes of fresh herbs. The long, spicy finish is quite smooth. This elegant, medium-bodied wine is good for any occasion and makes a great accompaniment to pork tenderloin or beef tri-tip off the grill.
This crisp and refreshing wine offers flavors of apple and pear. The richly textured wine is great with crab cakes and poultry, and is a good sipping wine all by itself.
Irresistible blueberry fruit, violets and smoke scent. Flavors of bright boysenberry and blueberry mingled with a hint of smoke and sweet spices.
Fresh cut lime and green apple mingle with perfectly ocean-like minerality and crisp acidity. There isn't a better Northwest wine for oysters, and it screams for any fish or seafood. One of the best Northwest white wines I've tried, period. |
