Hauer of the Dauen is a popular winery in Oregon. Their tasting booths
at regional wine events often have long lines waiting for a taste of
their wide range of wines. The wines are featured at the Bite of Portland,
Newport Seafood and Wine Festival, McMinnville Wine Festival, Rockaway
Wine and Jazz Festival, Oregon Wine & Food Festival, etc).
We are delighted to offer Hauer of the Dauen
wines on our website.
Hauer of the
Dauen currently has 110 acres of vineyards (planted in 1980) in the
Willamette Valley, and owner Carl Dauenhauer sells
much of his harvest
to wineries across the state. In 1999 he started making a small amount of
wine himself, and today makes about 4000 cases a year. |
