Le Pavillon is the Estate vineyard of J Christopher and Holloran (the sister winery of J. Christopher). Both wineries' products are made at the home/winery of the Holloran family, where a lovely selection of dogs assist in the operations.

This is an outstanding wine from a very up and coming winemaker. Jay used to work at Cameron, and he brings tremendous skill to his own label.
