Rich and elegant, the Cold Creek Vineyard Chardonnay has hints of lemon, baked apple, pear and spice. It is creamy on the palate with layers vanilla and with a bright, focused lingering finish. - the winery
2010 Vintage Tasting Notes
2010 Tanzer - 92 points - Bright yellow-green. White peach, green apple, exotic flowers and a whiff of pine resin on the nose. Intensely flavored, tactile and penetrating, with lovely freshness and clarity to its sweet fruit flavors. Juicy, fresh and impressively long. A superb example of the flavor intensity that was possible in vintage 2010. A splendid Washington chardonnay. - J.R.

2006 Vintage Tasting Notes
2006 Wine Spectator - 91 points - Lithe, vibrant and appealing for its mineral-accented pear, apple and tobacco flavors, lingering on the juicy finish against mouthwatering acidity. Drink now through 2012. 656 cases made. - H.S.
From the winery: "Made from one of Washington State's premiere vineyards, this Chardonnay was made in the traditional Burgundian style. It was fermented in new French oak barrels and aged sur lie for ten months. The finished wine has great structure, concentration, and classic Chardonnay characteristics-lots of pear and citrus flavors along with a remarkably creamy texture in the mouth."
