Januik Winery Red Table Wine 06
The 2006 Januik Red Wine is a stylish blend of mostly merlot and syrah. The first sip shows layers of ripe, red, almost sweet fruit flavors mingled with layers of toasty new oak that linger for minutes on the palate. And I really like the soft, silken texture.
Mike Januik created this little quaffer for everyday drinking, but the wine is anything but ordinary. Excellent blend of cab amd merlot from some of the finest vineyards in Washington- a best buy.
