From the winery: "Aromas of lemon, citrus, flowers and spice, honey, apricots, and peaches, leap from your glass. The residual sweetness and natural acids blend with the flavors to create truly wonderful sensations characteristic of late harvest wines."
Detailed Info, Previous Vintage Notes, Reviews:
From the winery: "Each year we seek to make the best possible late harvest wines by leaving selected acreage unpicked as long as possible. Usually by late October to early December the stems will no longer support the weight of the grape clusters and the grapes must be picked. This is approximately four to ten weeks after the normal harvest. The extra time on the vine increases sugar and concentrates the flavors. Kiona's Late Harvest wines are marketed internationally and have received accolades from around the world vintage after vintage."
