From the Temperance Hill Vineyard this is a dry wine that is spicy, citrusy, and floral. It is Food Alliance and Salmon Safe Certified.

This gem from Dai Crisp at Lumos has got to be one of the most under appreciated white wines in the state. It opens with a nectar-like field of aromas: warm honeycomb, baked apple, resinous pine, allspice and a faint hit of rose petal. It is only lightly textured on the palate, with a racy nature more akin to Riesling as it rips along with pear, melon and gorgeously spicy/citric edge. Absolutely mouthwatering stuff. - Jean

2008 Vintage Tasting Notes

Pretty notes of white blossom and orange peel waft through the nose on this bright and dry Gewurztraminer. Slight notes of spice show up in the flavors and would pair well with pork loin and apricot chutney. Harvested from old vine Temperance Hill fruit, this is a stunning wine just in time for spring and summer. Organically farmed, only 167 cases produced!
