$17.95 - Case price (any 12 or more bottles) Price: $19.95 McKinlay Pinot Noir Willamette Valley 05: Matt Kinne makes small lots of carefully crafted Pinot noir and then sells it for a low low price. His simple labels and utter lack of marketing might make you pass this one by, but as our local Oregon customers know, his wines are usually super deals. Tasted upon release in October, 2006, the wine was quite closed until decanted and allowed to breathe. It's bright garnet in color, with scents and flavors of red cherry. Promising, but we'll retaste in a few months, as the wine's natural acidity was still a bit bold for our tastes. Not currently available to order. May be out of stock or sold out.
