$23.39 - Case price (any 12 or more bottles) Price: $25.99 Medici Pinot noir Reserve 99: Although Sineann has a nationwide "cult" status, few people know that Sineann is based at Medici Vineyard, and that Peter Rosback, Sineann owner and winemaker, makes these delicious and quite value priced wines, in small quantity, mostly for sale at the winery only. There's a lot of life left in this wine. Right when opened, there are notes of earth, graphite, and a little game which quickly passes to reveal sweet black cherries and spice. Mellowed raspberry, red and black cherry flavors on the palate give way to the classic Medici finish of cedar pencil and nutmeg. With it's bright acidity and tannins, the '99 could hang out in your cellar for another year or two. Not currently available to order. May be out of stock or sold out.
